Materials/tools: chicken wings, cola, ginger, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, white pepper, salt, oil, water, pots, bowls, kitchen tissues.
1, wash the chicken wings and dry the water with kitchen paper towels for later use.
2. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, heat it to 70% heat, and fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides.
3, leave a small amount of base oil in the pot, add the right amount of ginger and onion, and stir-fry the fragrance.
4. Put the fried chicken wings into the pot, add a proper amount of cooking wine, and cook until the wine is volatile. Pour in cola, cover the chicken wings with water, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper and soy sauce, and adjust to the right taste.
5. Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes to make the chicken wings taste. Open the lid of the pot, collect the juice over high fire, thicken the soup, and cook for a few minutes.
