1. Treat duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer which have been diagnosed clearly.

2. Indications Patients with recurrent intestinal ulcer after short-term treatment.

3. In patients with persistent gastroesophageal reflux disease, single drug therapy such as anti-reflux measures and antacids is ineffective.

4. Prevent stress ulcer and bleeding in critically ill patients.

5. Gastrogastrinoma (Zhuolinger-Ellison syndrome).
