Steps of shrimp and bean curd soup
1. Boil the water in the pot, scald the whole tofu in hot water and cut it into small pieces. Mix the raw flour with a little water to make a sauce.

Tips
1, tofu must choose internal fat tofu, ordinary tofu is not tender enough.
2. The green beans, corn kernels and carrots I use are quick-frozen vegetables bought in the supermarket. It is better to replace them with fresh ones.
