Grapefruit is a cool fruit.
How to make grapefruit peel:
1. Cut the grapefruit with a knife and peel off the skin.
2. Use a knife to peel off the yellow skin on the top. Leave the white flesh behind.
3. Cut the white flesh of the grapefruit peel into small pieces.
4. Soak in water overnight.
This will remove the bitterness. If you like bitter taste, just soak it for 1-2 hours. Change the water several times during this period.
5. Pour oil into a hot pan, add garlic, ginger slices and dried chili peppers, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color.
