Ingredients: 200g of mushrooms, 2 eggs, flour 100g, vegetarian soup 150g, and 500g of vegetable oil (the actual amount is about 50g). Ginger slices, refined salt, yellow wine and sesame oil.
Practice: Wash mushrooms, blanch with boiling water, remove and drain. Heat the wok, add oil and heat it properly, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add yellow wine and vegetarian soup, add mushrooms, refined salt and monosodium glutamate, cook until the soup is thick, drain the juice in the wok and dry it slightly. Take 1 bowl, beat in eggs, add 30g vegetable oil and refined salt, beat well with chopsticks, add flour and appropriate amount of water to make egg paste, and pour in mushrooms. Ingredients: peanuts (raw) (1000g). Seasoning: salt (100g), garlic (100g), star anise (10g), pepper (10g) and fennel seeds (10g).
Practice: Peel and mash garlic, and put it in a container with pepper, star anise, fennel and salt. Add enough boiling water to soak all peanuts, then pour the washed peanuts into water, cover them and soak for 2-3 hours, then take them out and spread them out to dry. Ingredients: 4 preserved eggs, green pepper and red pepper. Seasoning: minced garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
