In the month before I wrote "Irish Coffee," I used to take the night train between Tainan and Taipei.
With nothing to do on a night train, it's easy to force yourself into a situation where you have to think nonsense.
If I can't sleep, I'll just think about the plot of Irish Coffee.
I go to sleep when I'm tired, and keep thinking when I wake up.
Whether asleep or awake, my eyes are usually closed.
So I can't tell which words are the product of being awake and which are the ravings of sleep?
I just rely on the remnants of the Irish coffee flavor in my memory to lead me into the world of Irish coffee.
The first time I drank Irish coffee was in 1999.
At that time there was a simple food store at the end of the alley where I lived.
Although it was a simple restaurant, it had a very nice bar, and every time I walked into the restaurant, my eyes were attracted to the colorful cups hanging above the bar.
I often come here to eat because of its proximity.
If you order one of the restaurant's light meals, you can also order any of the after-dinner drinks - coffee or tea.
I'm not a big fan of new things, so I always order the more common coffees like Blue Mountain or Mentholatum.
I was under the impression that Irish coffee was always tucked away in the corner of the Menu, seemingly afraid of being discovered.
I don't know if people who eat out a lot will feel the same way as I do, but I always feel like it's in the Menu, and it's always in the corner of the guest's ......
It should be the one you need, right?
