How to do it
1, after such preliminary treatments as dehairing and gutting, the chicken is cleaned.
2, put the pot into the right amount of water, preferably cover the chicken, put the chicken into the soup pot when the cold water, boil and then cook for about 15 minutes, when the chicken is just cooked, fish out.
