1. Slice white radish

4. Spread another layer of white radish slices. Sprinkle another layer of salt. Repeat several times. Leave for 15 minutes
5. Pour out the water in the bowl < Squeeze the water out of the big bowl
9. Pour in two spoons for light soy sauce
1. Pour in a spoonful of white vinegar
11. Pour in boiled water. The radish slices shall prevail
12. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 days.
