Stewed pig's feet?
Ingredients: three pig feet, one radish, three or two soybeans, and eight red stalks.
Wash the pig's feet and blanch them in boiling water before washing off the meat foam.
Wash the radish and cut it into sections. Cut off the radish skin and don't throw it. Marinate the radish skin with a little salt for five minutes and pour off the pickling water.
Add old vinegar and sugar, mix well and put it in the refrigerator for tomorrow. It's crispy and delicious.
Soybeans are best soaked overnight.
Boil the pig's feet with ginger slices and scallions, and add cooking wine and red beans. Simmer for two hours.
Blanch the radish in boiling water to remove the spicy taste. Finally, burn them together.
