Ingredients: broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, yam, minced garlic, salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and chopped black pepper.
Exercise:
1. All materials are washed and cut into sections, and broccoli, carrots and yam are blanched for later use.
2. Put a little oil in the pan, stir-fry minced garlic and mushrooms until soft, then add broccoli, carrots and yam and stir well.
3. Add a little salt, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, stir fry quickly to taste, and sprinkle with chopped black pepper.
