Main Ingredients
Honey
100g
Fresh Osmanthus
50g
Steps
1. The sweet-scented osmanthus tree grown at home
2. Put the picked sweet-scented osmanthus in a small sieve to remove impurities, because it rained the day before I picked it. It’s relatively clean, so I skipped the washing step!
3. Put the sweet-scented osmanthus into the container
4. Add honey
5. Stir it with clean chopsticks to evenly coat the sweet-scented osmanthus with honey. Cover the mouth of the bottle with plastic wrap and let it ferment in the refrigerator for three or four days before you can eat it!
