The second course is braised pork with white leaves. The third course is fried duck blood with leek. The ingredients we need are duck blood, leek, oil, salt and ginger. The next step is to deal with the ingredients. Duck blood can be made by yourself or bought. Slice the duck blood and cut the leek. Then boil the water in the pot, then put the duck blood in, skim the floating foam when the water boils, and then take out the duck blood and drain it for later use.
The fourth course is tofu stewed with tomato sauce. The ingredients we need are tofu, tomatoes, minced meat, salt, bean paste, chicken powder, water, starch and minced meat. Next, the ingredients are processed, tofu is cut into pieces, and tomatoes are cut into small pieces for later use. Boil the water in the pot. When the water boils, add the tofu and add salt. When the tofu is almost cooked, take it out and put it on a plate for later use.
