The first step: apricot mushrooms clean, oblique knife slices, pointed pepper seeded and de-tipped cleaned and shredded, millet peppers cleaned and cut into sections, garlic peeled and sliced.
The second step: pour oil into the pot and heat, dig into the lard and burn until melted, add garlic, millet pepper burst incense.
Step 3: Add apricot mushrooms and stir-fry well, add braised soy sauce for color.
Step 4: Add the shredded bell pepper and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste and it's ready to serve.
