Ingredients: chicken breast150g, potato160g, and one egg.
Seasoning: oyster sauce 15g soy sauce 15g black pepper, appropriate cooking wine, 5g corn starch, 30g ginger and garlic, and appropriate salt.
Exercise:
1. Cut the chicken breast and put it in a meat grinder to make chicken puree.
2. Steamed potatoes 15 minutes and then pressed into mud.
