Methods to slim down your hands
Method 1:
Use the thumb and index finger of your left hand to pull each finger of your right hand outward. When you reach the end of the right angle, release it in one breath. Repeat 5-6 times with each finger. Then switch to your left hand and repeat. This action can promote blood circulation and help break down fat. If it is not smooth when lifting your fingers, you can apply massage cream first and then practice.
Method 2:
Soak your hands in hot water first, and then wipe them dry. Use the thumb and index finger of your left hand to pull each finger of your right hand outward. Pull from the base of each finger all the way to between. Stay at the base of the nail and press firmly for 1-2 seconds. Repeat the pull 5 times with each finger. Repeat the exercise with the other left hand.
Method 3:
Apply moisturizer from wrist to elbow. Hold your left hand in your right hand and rub it from the wrist to the elbow. Rub the inside and outside of your left hand as the center, and repeat the exercise 10-20 times on each hand. Then repeat the exercise with the other hand.
