The early stage of breast cancer often does not have typical symptoms and signs, and it is not easy to attract attention. It is usually found and diagnosed by physical examination or screening. Breast cancer with typical clinical manifestations usually does not belong to the early stage. These typical clinical manifestations include the following aspects. Breast masses are mostly single, hard in texture, irregular in edge, and poor in activity. Most of them are painless masses. Very few patients are accompanied by dull pain, nipple discharge, skin changes, nipple abnormalities and axillary lymph node swelling, and often the swollen lymph nodes appear in the ipsilateral armpit, which are hard in texture and can be pushed by scattered. With the development of the disease, the lymph nodes can gradually merge and adhere to the surrounding tissues and skin, and the metastatic lymph nodes can be felt on the clavicle and the contralateral armpit in the late stage, and the skin is characterized by typical changes such as dimple sign, orange peel sign and skin satellite nodules.
The high-risk factors of breast cancer are family inheritance, high-fat diet, obesity, early menarche, late childbearing, late menopause, breast hyperplasia and so on. Therefore, preventive measures should start from these aspects. Usually, we should eat less high-fat diet, increase exercise and avoid obesity. If there are family genetic factors or other high-risk factors, we should often have self-examination or go to the hospital for professional physical examination, and try our best to achieve early detection and early treatment. It should be noted that breast cancer is not only found in women but also in men. It is not only seen in middle-aged and elderly women, but also in young women.
