The metabolism of hair is particularly suitable for nourishing and hydrating dry hair, while oily hair can also solve the problem of oily hair and dandruff. Coconut oil can also effectively protect the cells in the sebaceous glands from free radical damage and prevent the loss of moisture on the scalp surface, keeping the hair smooth and shiny.

Coconut oil will drip on clothes, so it is best to change into an old T-shirt or put a towel over your shoulders to prevent coconut oil from staining clothes and making it difficult to wash. It's best to start your hair care process in the bathroom, but you need to be able to let the coconut oil soak into your hair for a few hours.
Select the tool that covers hair. You can use a plastic shower cap, a large piece of plastic wrap, or an old T-shirt to cover your hair. Choose something that can be used on your hair for a few hours or overnight.
Pour 3 to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. The amount of coconut oil you need depends on the volume and length of your hair. If your hair is long and thick, use 5 tablespoons; if your hair is short and thin, use 3 to 4 tablespoons.
●Use unrefined coconut oil instead of refined coconut oil. Refined coconut oil contains additives and some processing that removes some of the natural compounds that are good for your skin and hair. Unrefined coconut oil is in its natural, complete state.
●Don’t worry if you accidentally use too much. It can be washed clean at the end.
4. Heat the coconut oil in the microwave. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir some and heat for another 30 seconds until the coconut oil is completely melted. You simply heat the coconut oil until it melts and can be applied to your hair.
●If you don’t have a microwave, melt the coconut oil by hand. Rub the coconut oil into the palms of your hands a tablespoon at a time. Coconut oil will melt when heated slightly.
●You can also use a gas stove to melt coconut oil. Pour the coconut oil into the pot and heat over low heat.
●You can also heat coconut oil through water, and it will melt in a short time.
5. Apply coconut oil to your hair. If the coconut oil is too hot, let it cool for a few minutes, then pour it onto your head and rub evenly into your scalp. Use your fingers to massage into your skin, then use your fingers to work the coconut oil into your hair from roots to ends. Continue applying until hair is completely soaked with coconut oil.
●You can use a comb to comb your hair to spread the coconut oil more evenly on your hair, from the roots to the ends.
●You can also apply it only to the ends of your hair without applying it to the roots. If this is the case, don't pour it on the top of your head, rub the coconut oil with your hands and apply it to the ends of your hair.
6. Pile the hair to the top of your head and wrap it completely with a shower cap, plastic wrap, old T-shirt and other tools.
●You can use a loose hair tie to secure your hair on top of your head, and then put on a hood.
●Use a towel or paper towel to wipe off any coconut oil that accidentally gets on your face or neck.
7. Wait at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the coconut oil to penetrate into the hair. The longer the soaking time, the better the hair care effect will be.
8. Take off the hood and wash your hair. Use your favorite shampoo (preferably one with natural ingredients that are good for your hair) to wash the coconut oil off. Repeat 2 to 3 times until the coconut oil is completely rinsed away.
9. Dry your hair. You can dry it naturally or use a hair dryer to check the hair care effect. Hair should become soft and shiny.
