step
1. Add raw powder, ginger powder, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and eggs to the minced pork, and stir evenly, then slowly add appropriate amount of water to stir until gelatinous.
2. Take a wonton skin and put 1 teaspoon of meat in one corner of the wonton skin.
3. Fold up from the corner.
4. Fold the two corners of the wonton skin and the wonton will be wrapped.
If you can't finish the wrapped wonton, you can pack it in a tray, freeze it until it is hard, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and store it frozen.
Tips
Don't have too much stuffing in wonton, or the skin will break.
