Ingredients
100g soaked snow clam, 100g pear, 20g lily
500cc water
Seasonings
White sugar
Method
1. Take a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring it to a boil. Put the soaked snow clams into the boiling water and blanch them for about 1 minute. Take them out and wash them. Drain and put into pot.
2. Wash and peel the pears, cut into pieces and set aside.
3. Soak the lilies in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
4. Put the pear pieces from Step 2, the lilies from Step 3 and water into the pot of Step 3.
5. After simmering for about 30 minutes, add sugar and mix well.
Efficacy: Moisten the lungs, relieve cough and reduce phlegm.
