Day 1: Friday, August 6, 2021

Today, my mom and I are going to use the mung beans to produce bean sprouts. First, we sprinkled the mung beans into a large pot and poured some tap water. After a while, I lay down on the edge of the basin and watched carefully, and found that the mung beans had become a little bigger, and the skin was wrinkled, like a raisin.

The next day: Saturday, August 7, 2021

After a night, I ran to the basin and observed for a while, and found that many mung bean skins were cracked, revealing a crack, and some small shoots grew, which were pointed and thin, like little babies peeking out from their nests. It's really cute.

Then I put them in a steamer covered with a wet towel and put a black shirt on top to keep the sun from shining in. Watered them a bit, expecting the little sprouts to grow quickly.

Then put it into the steamer and covered it with the black dress~

Day 3: Monday, August 9, 2021

On the fourth day, I ran over there at a gallop, and hurriedly lifted up the dress, and I was amazed to find all the bean sprouts cracked open, and, the buds of these sprouts had all grown up, some long, some short, some thick, some thin, each different.

Day 4~Day 7: Tuesday, August 11, 2021

After a few more days, I couldn't wait to run to the mung bean pots, and found that the bean sprouts grew taller and taller, and they shed their green coats, revealing their white bodies. Each bean sprout grew to a height of 2 - 3 centimeters, and when I lifted up the towel to look underneath, the stems of the bean sprouts actually spread down through the towel toward the steamer below.

Look at the bean sprouts I grew.
