Ingredients: 1600g carp
Accessories: appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, appropriate amount of shredded green onions, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of red peppercorns
Method:
1. Remove the internal organs and scales of the fish.
2. Cut the fish into three large pieces. This is not necessary if the fish is small.
