1, prevention of grass carp diseases

According to years of observation and disease data accumulation, from May to July, every time the rainy days turn fine, there will be a wave of dead fish peak, so in the first two days after the rainy days turn fine, the ponds with better water quality can be disinfected with chlorine dioxide (powder ten tablets); Pools with poor water quality need to be purified and properly fertilized before disinfection to prevent diseases.

2. Clean water before treatment

Water purification is very important before treatment. Water purification has the functions of detoxification, oxygen enrichment and drug efficacy enhancement. When turbid water (water transparency is less than 20 cm), oil film water, black water and dark green turbid water deteriorate the water quality, it is necessary to purify the water first, adjust the water transparency to 20-30 cm, and then use the medicine, the effect will be better. General water purification practices are as follows:

(l) When a large amount of pesticides and disinfectants were used in the early stage, the water quality deteriorated (oil film water, black water, thick green turbid water, turbid water caused by more suspended organic matter, etc.), and fish floated, Haike 32Ol (the effective component is organic acid) was used for detoxification and oxygenation, and the dosage was 4 mu/bottle.

(2) For the yellow muddy water caused by sediment, use Haike 32l2 turbid water (mainly composed of high polymer) to purify the water, and the dosage is 1-4 mu/bag.

3. Treatment of grass carp diseases

After the correct diagnosis of the disease, the treatment needs to follow certain procedures, and the drugs should be given in an accurate dose, so as to effectively treat and control the disease.

(l) rotten gills, with many parasites and secondary bacterial infection.

Water purification: use HELCO 32Ol water purification.

Insecticides: Insecticides were killed the next day after water purification. According to the results of microscopic examination, the corresponding insecticides were selected, such as copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate/trichlorfon/pyrethroid/avermectin.

Disinfection: Disinfect the next day after killing insects, and use chlorine dioxide (tablet 10 powder) when the death amount is less than 5O tail /lO mu; Benzalkonium bromide decaglutaraldehyde was used when the death amount was more than 5O tail /lO mu.

Oral administration: Take Kelaike 35O5 (active ingredient is multi-dimensional) Shikanglisha for oral administration.

Note: If there is a lot of mucus in the gill of sick fish, circulating pumping operation can be carried out in the pond, and the fish will have a top water reaction, which is beneficial to restore the permeability of the gill; When the gill rot of fish is serious and there is a lot of suspended organic matter in the water, it is easy to kill the fish directly. At this time, the water should be purified first, then taken orally, then disinfected, and finally killed.

(2) bacterial gill rot, and check whether there are few or no parasites.

Water purification: use HELCO 32Ol water purification.

Disinfection: Disinfect after 2 hours of water purification, and use chlorine dioxide (tablet 10 powder) when the death amount is less than 5O tail /lO mu; Benzalkonium bromide decaglutaraldehyde was used when the death amount was more than 5O tail /lO mu.

Oral administration: Hai Lianke 35O5 Ten Kanglisha.

(3) Bacterial enteritis

Oral administration: Hai Lianke 35O5 Shikanglisha or Haifukang.

(4) Hepatobiliary diseases

Oral administration: Hailianke 35O5 Shibang Duling Powder.

(5) Viral hemorrhage (bacterial type)

Water purification: use HELCO 32Ol water purification.

Oral administration: Hai Lian Ke 35O5 Shi Hai Fu Kang Shi antiviral drugs.

Disinfection: Disinfect the purified water after 2 days of oral administration, and use chlorine dioxide (tablet 10 powder) when the death amount is less than 5O tail /lO mu; Benzalkonium bromide decaglutaraldehyde was used when the death amount was more than 5O tail /lO mu.

Stabilizing water: On the second day after disinfection, use 3lO5 (active ingredient is lactic acid bacteria) and 33OO (effectively becoming a high-quality compound fertilizer) to stabilize water.

Note: If the medicine needs to be taken orally, check if the diseased fish has white liver and tofu liver, take it orally for 2 days (the active ingredient is lactic acid bacteria), and then mix and feed the antibiotic 35O5 for 3 days.
