2. Put the wok on fire, add 50g cooked lard, heat it, stir-fry lean meat until the meat becomes discolored, add green vegetables, shredded cooked ham, shredded cooked chicken, shredded onion, shredded red pepper and refined salt, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds to get stir-fry material.

Knead the flour into dough with proper amount of water, knead thoroughly, cover it with a wet cloth, wake it up for a while, knead it slightly, roll it into thin slices and cut it into fine noodles. Put the pan on low heat, add 150g cooked lard, heat, add noodles and fry until golden brown, drain the remaining oil, add stir-fry ingredients and stew for about 1 min, shake the noodles with chopsticks and put them on a plate.
