Ingredients
200g yam, 2 tbsp blueberry sauce, 1 tbsp honey.
Method Steps
(1) Peel the yam, wash it, and cut it into small pieces;
(2) Boil water in a pot, and then put the yam into the pot to cook for about 5 minutes;
(3) Fish out the yam, and put it in the cool water;
(4) Yard it on the plate;
(5) Take a small bowl, put a spoonful of honey, and two spoons of blueberry sauce;
( 6 ) Add two tablespoons of boiling water to make a sauce;
( 7 ) Finally, pour the sauce over the yams, that is done.
Tips
Be sure to wear gloves when you scrape the yam, yo!
2 blueberry yamIngredients
Yam, blueberry sauce, honey, water, light cream, sugar.
How to do it
(1) Peel the yam and steam it, then add some light cream and mash it;
(2) Add some sugar and mix it well;
(3) Put it into a laminating bag;
(4) Stir the blueberry sauce with some water and honey;
(5) Squeeze out the yam puree and drizzle it with the blueberry sauce.
Tips
Yam puree must be until crushed, do not leave yam pieces in it, so that it is not easy to squeeze out of the laminating bag.
