Luhe Beating Tea is a famous Han Chinese snack in Luhe, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, which belongs to the Cantonese cuisine. It is a special drink of the Hakka people, and its production and flavor are unique. The utensils for "ring" tea are the ring holder and the ring bowl. The former take a grip of thick camphor, nan, maple, tea and other edible wood, length 2-4 feet, the upper end of the carved ring groove hanging rope, the lower end of the planing round to facilitate the ring turn; the latter is the inner wall covered with radial grooves and the formation of a fine tooth of the special pots, large and small, inverted dais-shaped.
