Prepare the ingredients.

Gently rub the fish segments with a pinch of salt and black pepper and marinate for ten minutes or more.

Finely chop the garlic and prepare the breadcrumbs, herbs and lemon.

Put together the breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, minced garlic, pepper, add lemon juice and olive oil.

Mix well and set aside.

Start preheating the oven and pipe it up and down at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, pour a little olive oil in a pan.

Place the fish segments in the pan and fry on low heat.

Fry until both sides are lightly browned shells.

Spread the mixed breadcrumbs flat on the bottom of the bowl a little.

Add the fried fish segments and top with more breadcrumbs.

Place the fish in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

While the fish is roasting, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add the black pepper, basil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt from the dressing to make a sauce. (1 tomato, black pepper, basil, 3-4 slices, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, salt)
