Mulberry lemon juice
Ingredients: 500g black mulberry, appropriate amount of rock sugar, appropriate amount of white sugar, half a lemon, appropriate amount of honey
Recipe and method:
1. Clean the mulberries. Add sugar and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Put the pickled mulberries into the pot and add water to cover them.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. After turning off the heat, press the mulberries with a spoon to soften them and release the juice.
5. Squeeze lemon juice.
6. Add honey.
7. After filtering out the soup for the first time, add two lemon slices and let it rest for 10 minutes.
8. Filter again and filter out the mulberry seeds.
