Oyster omelet
1. When scrambled eggs, oysters need to prepare 250g fresh oysters, three eggs, proper amount of edible salt and chopped green onion, proper amount of cooking wine and edible oil, and a small amount of dried Chili powder.
2. Rinse the prepared fresh oysters with clear water, take out the tender meat inside, then put it in flour water, scrape it gently with your hands, and rinse it with clear water several times to remove the sediment inside. Put a proper amount of cooking oil into the wok, heat it, stir-fry the washed oysters in the oil, and add a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
3. Open the prepared eggs, pour them into a bowl, add edible salt and chopped green onion and mix well, then put the fried oysters in it, add a little Chili powder and stir them into egg liquid. Put a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat it, put the prepared egg liquid into the pot, and fry it flat until the eggs are solidified and turned over. Fry until golden brown on both sides, take out and plate.
Oyster tofu mushroom soup.
1. Oyster tofu with mushrooms, especially good at making soup, feel inferior. When making, you need to prepare 300 grams of fresh oysters, 4 to 5 mushrooms, tender tofu 150 grams, appropriate amounts of ginger and onion, a catty of refined wine or edible salt, and a small amount of sesame oil.
2. Clean the prepared jellyfish and mushrooms, take out the meat of jellyfish, cut mushrooms, cut ginger and cut tender tofu. Put oil in a wok, add onion and ginger, stir fry, add mushrooms and stir fry evenly, then add oyster meat and chopped tender tofu, and then add enough water to cook together to make soup. Add a little edible salt and sesame oil to taste after cooking.
