Introduction of Wenzhou muffins
Dwarf muffin is a traditional China dish in Wenzhou, which belongs to Ou cuisine and is named after its founder Gu Jinfang's short stature. This kind of cake is made of pure glutinous rice, ground into fine powder (the finer the better) with water, mixed with diced pork buttocks marinated for several days, mixed with the above osmanthus fragrans and white sugar, cooked, put on a plate, diced and sold.
