Exercise/step
Step 1: add alkali to the yeast, mash it, evenly divide it into small pieces, roll it into skin, wrap it in bean paste, and close it up to form balls.
Step 2: Pinch the ball into a pointed shape and press a seam with a bone plate to form a peach shape. Mix a small amount of flour and spinach juice into leaves and stick them on the bottom of peach.
Step 3: steam in a cage for 15 minutes, and sprinkle red pigment on the surface. It is shaped like a peach, soft and sweet.
