Materials: one sweet potato, one large piece of ginger, one piece of icing sugar

Methods:

1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into thick chunks, peel and flatten the ginger.

2. Pour into the pot and add water over the sweet potatoes to boil on high heat to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes until the sweet potatoes are sticky.

3. Add rock candy and cook until it melts.
