2. Prepare minced onion and ginger, diced beans and diced potatoes;
3. Saute shallots and ginger in oil pan, stir-fry ribs until the surface is golden, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and vinegar, stir-fry and color;
