step
1. First, peel off the outer fur of taro (also known as taro), then wash and cook the fresh taro in a pot, cool it to about 20~25 degrees Celsius, and stir it into a paste. Then mix fresh sweet potato powder (about 3-2 parts per catty of taro) into the taro paste, and the mixed material should be soft but not sticky, and put it aside after mixing.
2. Add the chopped day lily, diced carrot, minced garlic, black fungus, diced fried dough sticks and minced pork, add a proper amount of salad oil, salt and a little sugar, and stir-fry them together as stuffing.
3. First, knead the taro into a small round ball, which is roughly like making buns.
4. Wrap the stuffing in the middle.
5. The shape is wrapped into a flat top and a round bottom, and there can be no cracks on the surface.
6. This is a wrapped whistle.
7. Put the wrapped whistle into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, Jiang Mo, salt, monosodium glutamate and a little meat oil into the pot, bring to a boil with high fire, and cook for 15 minutes.
