1. Dried flying fish, washed and drained, and cut into appropriate pieces;
2. Slice pork belly;
3. Dish the dried flying fish and pork belly;
4. Spread shredded ginger;
5. pour a little soy sauce;
6. Steam in the pan 15 minutes or so. I steam on it while cooking.
7. After steaming, go to shredded ginger and sprinkle with chopped green onion!
