Steps of Henan hot soup
Step 1
Cut beef into small pieces and marinate with salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, star anise and ginger for one hour. When marinating beef, prepare other ingredients, such as black fungus, day lily, sweet potato vermicelli, shredded tofu skin, gluten diced, etc. Put peanuts in cold water, add salt, two star anise and a little pepper, boil and cook for 10 minute. Second step

Third step
Prepare a large pot, add about 5 liters of beef bone soup (or water), add fried beef, fragrant leaves and cinnamon after the water boils, cook for half an hour, add fungus and cook for another half an hour. Use a colander to remove spices such as pepper, star anise and ginger floating on it.
Fourth step
Then take out the boiled peanuts, put them in the pot, and then add the bean curd skin, day lily, vermicelli and gluten to boil.
Step five
Add water to the flour to make a thick batter and stir well.
Step 6
Slowly pour in the batter, stirring while pouring, and don't let the batter condense into lumps. After boiling, add15g white pepper and one tablespoon chicken essence, and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heating.
Step 7
If you like, you can pour some vinegar and sesame oil into the bowl, plus fried dumplings, or fried dough sticks, steamed stuffed buns, oil cakes and sugar cakes, which is the authentic Henan breakfast.
