Eating eggs and drinking millet porridge for a long time may make you slim down, but it won't last long and the nutrition will be bad. It took me two years to reduce myself from 120 kg to 92 kg. Brunch is still the same, and dinner is basically just fruit and yogurt. A year later, I was as thin as 100. Later, I basically developed the habit of eating only three meals, all of which were small portions, and I ate more vegetables.
Stick to exercise after losing weight. Generally, if you keep this weight for half a year, your fat cells won't rebound too much!
