How to make crispy pickled pepper and radish slices
Wash the green radish and carrots
The green radish I used was picked from my good friend’s hometown. It is very fresh. Crispy and not too spicy. The carrots were bought from the vegetable market, and half a crispy pickled pepper and radish slices were used. Step 1
Peel

Slice green radish
You can cut it into different shapes according to size and personal preference. I later cut it into semi-circular crispy pickled pepper and radish slices. Step 3

Rinse it with water after about ten minutes

(You can just sprinkle white sugar on the lower layer, because when you pour white vinegar and pickled pepper water behind the upper layer, it may not be soaked and melted)

Pour 1/2 to 2/3 of the height of the container of white vinegar. If the pickled peppers you buy are canned and there is pickled pepper water in them, you can add some pickled pepper water appropriately to add more flavor
Then seal it in a container, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it overnight
It will become more delicious as time goes by, and you can eat it for about three or four days.
