1 Steamed bacon in advance, washed radish and sliced.
Slice bacon, radish, onion, ginger and coriander.
3 Pour oil into the wok, add shallots and stir-fry ginger.
4 stir-fry bacon slices.
5 Add radish slices, cover and simmer until the radish is cooked.
6 Add chopped coriander before cooking, and add a little salt, soy sauce and cooking wine to taste.
Tip:
This kind of radish will have a sticky taste only when it is cooked. If it is stewed, bacon can blend well with radish.
Radish and coriander are very good. I like to add chopped coriander to this dish. You don't have to add it.
