Ingredients: potato, bean, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar.
Practice: the sword beans are removed from both ends and the stems are removed, and the long sword beans are bent in half. Peel potatoes, cut into strips and soak them in water. 2. Roasted bean in sauce

Add the sauce to the pot and stir well. Stir-fry and taste.
3. Bean with black bean pepper
Ingredients: 300g of sword bean, salt 1 teaspoon, 6 cloves of garlic, 3 dried peppers, 2 tablespoons of bean paste, 2 tablespoons of lobster sauce, 2 tablespoons of sweet and sour Chili sauce, and sugar 1 teaspoon.
Practice: Cut the sword bean obliquely into inches long chunks, chop the dried pepper and garlic, wash and soak the fermented bean until soft. Put the sword bean into a clean bowl, add the minced garlic, chopped pepper and fermented bean, add sugar and salt, add bean paste and Chili sauce, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for one week.
