The specific steps of scanning the text in the picture into a word document on the computer are as follows:

1. First, convert the paper file into a picture format. Shoot with your mobile phone, just make sure it's clear. As shown below.

2. Then there is the OneNote software that comes with the Office software. Create a new note page.

3. Select Insert Picture. Click Insert in the menu bar, select Insert Picture, find the picture we need to convert and insert it.

4. Select the picture we inserted, right-click and click to copy the text in the picture, which may prompt that it is being converted. Wait patiently. When the processing is finished, we can paste all the text in the picture into word.
