1. Main ingredients: pomfret (white pomfret is best), ginger slices, sugar, five-spice powder, cumin powder, cumin grains, dried chili powder, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, Dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cooking oil, chopped green onion.
2. Prepare the barbecue sauce. Spread the solid spices such as sugar, five-spice powder and cumin powder on the bottom of the bowl. You can use a little more cumin powder to make it more fragrant.
