Qingming Festival is one of the 24 solar terms, which is around April 5th in the solar calendar. On the day of the old custom, there were activities such as sweeping graves, hiking and inserting willows. In the palace, the day is the swing festival. Swings are placed in the Palace of Kunning and the harem, and concubines make swings.
