Red line of water use efficiency: promoting water saving

The red line of water use efficiency control requires that by 2030, China's water use efficiency will reach or approach the world advanced level; The water consumption per 10,000 yuan of industrial added value is reduced to less than 40 cubic meters at constant prices in 2000. Building a water-saving society in an all-round way is an important measure to establish a water use efficiency control system and a fundamental measure to solve the shortage of water resources in China. Limiting the red line of pollution acceptance: speeding up governance

The phased control target is that by 20 15 years, the water quality compliance rate of important rivers and lakes will be above 60%; By 2020, the water quality compliance rate of important rivers and lakes will be over 80%, and the water quality of urban water supply sources will reach the standard in an all-round way.
