It is shaped like a small fish or tadpole. In the early days, flour fish was mainly made from corn flour. Nowadays, flour fish is mainly made from wheat flour. Preparation method
(1) Knead the noodles. Just like making hand-kneaded noodles, first put wheat flour into a basin, add an appropriate amount of alkaline flour, add water, stir, and knead into a harder dough.
(2) Washing. Add water to a larger pot or porcelain basin and wash the dough into a batter until fibrous material remains (it can also be made into delicious food).
