Ingredients:
Eel, salted pork, ginkgo nuts.
Seasoning:
Beer, monosodium glutamate (MSG), ginger, garlic, scallions.
Steps:
1, eel over water, fish out, wash off the outer layer of mucus. Cut into small sections, standby;
2, salted pork thinly sliced, over water, and so cooked immediately out of the old, standby;
3, ginger slices, garlic patted;
4, take a plate, eel on the bottom, ginger and garlic together with the head, the top of the meat slices, the most top put the ginkgo nuts;
5, sprinkled with monosodium glutamate (MSG), to the beer, cold water under the pot steamed for 20 minutes;
6, out of the pot steamed for 20 minutes;
7, the eel is not a good choice, but it's a great idea to put it in the pot. p>
6, out of the pot, sprinkled with chopped green onion, pour hot oil, open to eat.
Tips: eel cut when not completely cut, eel stomach between a section, slightly connected.
