[Ingredients]
600g beef shank, 25g white soy sauce, 20g red pepper shreds, 1g MSG, coriander segments 5 grams, 25 grams of sesame oil, 10 grams of minced garlic, 1 gram of refined salt, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of ginger, 2 star anise, and 10 grams of rice wine.
