Tonsillitis diet
Medicated diet, as an auxiliary therapy for tonsillitis, can further promote the recovery of the disease. Juxiang Powder, Medicinal recipes such as cold cucumber, green onions and eggs, and olive porridge are extremely suitable for patients with tonsillitis.
1. Pangdahai composition: 4 to 6 pieces of Pangdahai, appropriate amount of rock sugar. Preparation method: Wash the fat seaweed, put it in a bowl, add rock sugar to taste and pour it into boiling water. Usage: 1 dose per day, divided into 2 times, usually effective in 2 to 3 days.
2. Cold cucumber. Efficacy: clearing away heat and detoxifying, diuresis and reducing swelling. Suitable for tonsillitis. Ingredients: 250 grams of cucumber, a little each of dried shrimps and coriander, appropriate amounts of soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and MSG. Preparation: Wash the cucumber, cut it into thin strips, and put it on a plate; cut the coriander into sections, soak the shrimp in boiling water, and put it on the plate with the cucumber; add the seasoning and mix well. Usage: served with meals.
3. Green onion eggs: Effect: clearing away heat and soothing throat, suitable for acute tonsillitis. Ingredients: 2 duck eggs, 15 grams of caramel, 4 green onions. Preparation: Remove the yolk from the duck eggs and leave the egg whites, set aside; boil the green onions and caramel sugar with 2 cups of water for 1 to 2 seconds, remove the green onions and use them, pour the soup into a bowl, add the duck egg whites, and stir well. Usage: Take 3 times warmly.
4. Olive porridge. Efficacy: clear away heat, detoxify and reduce swelling. Ingredients: 100 grams of radish, 5 olives, a little dandelion, 50 grams of rice. Preparation: Mash radish, olives, and dandelions together, put them into a gauze bag, and add an appropriate amount of water; boil over high heat for 20 minutes, remove the gauze bag, add rice, add an appropriate amount of warm boiling water, and finally cook into gruel. Usage: Breakfast.
5. Lian Yin Dachai Jiang Decoction. Efficacy: relieves the exterior and attacks the interior, suitable for acute tonsillitis. Ingredients: 15 grams each of Bupleurum and ginger, 9 grams each of Forsythia suspensa, Yinhua, rhubarb, corne, peony, citrus aurantium, and pinellia, 6 grams of rhubarb, and 5 jujubes. Preparation: Add appropriate amount of water to each of the above flavors, decoct and take it. Usage: 1 dose per day, 2 to 3 times per day.
6. Mash 100 grams of radish, 50 grams of olives, and 15 grams of dandelions, put them into a small cloth bag, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer for 20 minutes, take out the juice, and then mix with 50 grams of rice. Cook into gruel. Take 2 times a day.
7. Put 250 grams of white radish, 5 grams of green fruit (broken) and 20 grams of honeysuckle into a gauze bag, make soup with the radish, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG, season and take. 2 times a day.
8. Put 50 grams of dandelion into a gauze bag, add appropriate amount of water, fry for 30 minutes, take the juice and cook it with 100 grams of rice to make porridge. Take 2 to 3 times a day.
9. 250 grams of loofah (sliced), 10 grams of sesame oil, 6 pieces of raw garlic (sliced), 6 grams of indigo, 3 grams of salt, stir-fry into dishes and eat with staple food.
