Main materials:
Pork 500g, ginger slices, pepper, onion, cooking wine, green pepper, garlic, bean paste, sweet noodle sauce.
Steps:
1. Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add ginger slices, shallots, pepper and cooking wine and bring them to a boil.
2. Wait until the water in the pot gives off fragrance, pour in the washed pork belly, and cook it slowly with low fire for 10 minute, and cook the pork belly until it is 7% mature.
3. Rinse the cooked pork belly with cold water, then drain the water and cut the pork belly into thin slices for later use.
4. Pour the sliced pork belly into the pot and stir-fry the sliced pork belly until the fat is oily.
5. Pour the sliced ginger, garlic cloves and pepper into the pot and saute until fragrant. Then pour in the stir-fried pork belly and stir-fry it together. Add a proper amount of sweet noodle sauce and bean paste to stir-fry the fragrance.
6. Add the right amount of sugar to taste and refresh. Finally, according to personal taste, add the right amount of soy sauce and serve.
