The recipe for seafood platter is as follows:
Tools/Materials: Shrimp, clams, hot oil, spicy millet, spicy seafood cold soak, sea cucumber, garlic, coriander, white sesame seeds.
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Add water, cooking wine, and a small spoonful of salt to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the processed shrimp and sea cucumber and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the cold water.
