8. It is best to serve rice, pour braised pork juice, add braised eggs, and serve with one or two green hearts or other refreshing side dishes. Nobody is watching gravy steak rice.

Ingredients: pork belly, boiled eggs, green vegetable heart, mushrooms and dried shrimps.
Accessories: onion, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, star anise, cooking wine, rock sugar, spiced powder and pepper.

7. Finally, add the rice, pour the gravy, add the cooked green leaves, cut the braised eggs and eat. In order to prevent greasy, it is best to prepare another plate of vegetables to eat together.

Ingredients: pork belly 400g, onion 100g, 5 eggs, 2 dried peppers, a small piece of ginger, star anise 1, a little rock sugar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, soy sauce, clear water 1, onion, peeled off the outermost layer, washed and sliced.

Seasoning: 5g salt, 5g rock sugar, 3g ginger, 3g garlic, 1 star anise, 2g cinnamon, 5g cooking wine, 3g soy sauce, 3g soy sauce and 5g vegetable oil.
1. Wash and shred the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Put the onion in a wok and fry until brown. Take it out for later use.
2. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into cubes, and cook the eggs.
